Before making a ticket, please pay attention to the following terms :

  1. Every problem uploaded via OSTicket must be accompanied at least one of the following things :
    1. ping result to 192.168.200.153
    2. Error Notification Screenshot
    3. IP Address / Anydesk ID of problematic device
    4. Photos / Videos of the problematic device
    5. Member Number or Email or Phone Number
  2. The problem description must be complete and detailed, for procurement topics make sure it is known and approved by superiors
  3. One Device One Issue One Ticket
  4. Replacement of damaged equipment must include an explanation of the condition of the damage.

If the above term is not complete, we will consider the ticket invalid.
Get into the habit of reading the ticket queue carefully and in detail before making a ticket to minimize duplicate of open tickets.
